ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my current agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm for more than 27 years, serving as a State Farm agent before moving into State Farm management and eventually returning to agency ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, building LEGO sets, and spending time snow skiing and surfing.
Building relationships in the community is important to me. I'm active with NAFA, a member of BNI (Business Network International), and enjoy connecting with local businesses and organizations.

As an Account Associate for Tad Teeples - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
